Alexandra Maria Lara (born in Romania) is the Romanian actress and television presenter. Her most well-known work is the main character in Rush, Downfall Youth Without Youth Control as well as Rush. Since she was the sole child of Romanian actress Valentin Platareanu. She began her career in showbiz as a child. She played lead roles in television dramas from as early when she was just 16. Her fame was due to her part of Der Tunnel. This paved the way for more memorable performances, like Adolf Hitler's secretary of state Traudl Junge. The Reader, Der Baader Meinhof Komplex and The Reader are also Oscar-nominated films starring this stunning model. Alexandra has been involved in numerous notable international and national projects throughout the years.
